
LaShonda Mani was born in a small city
of East St. Louis, Illinois, a city that was known for great industrial work until violence, drugs and poverty struck
it hard. Having kept God's promise of peace and patience, she survived five long gruelsome
testing years. Planning for a better future, she graduated from East Saint Louis Senior High (East Side
High). After graduating from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, LaShonda relocated
to Atlanta,
Georgia. There she begin her career as a Receation Specialist. She has worked in the fitness
industry and in the non-profit sector, planning and developing leisure activities for school
and athletic programs, assisted living commuties, gyms, rehab hospitals, and the Department
of Interior. LaShonda currently works with organizations and ministries that provide services to children and
families. She is gifted in helping young girls and women with issues to include low-self esteem, depression, anxiety,
nutrition and fitness. LaShonda is married to Lalit Mani, a native of Bombay India. The couple resides
in Georgia.
